Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Assistant to work on complex liability and injury matters, primarily within employers' and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claims, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are essential.
Team
Our international legal team provides comprehensive advice to insurers, national and local government bodies, and large self-insured clients on all aspects of employers' liability issues.
From health and safety regulations to matters involving independent contractors, our dedicated expertise ensures that claims are resolved efficiently and fairly.
Our extensive experience allows us to handle all types of claims cost-effectively, from smaller fast-track cases to those involving severe injuries. Our team is proficient in dealing with issues related to contribution, professional indemnity, and multiple defendants. We prioritise practical solutions over unnecessary lawyering, working in partnership with our clients to deliver modern, innovative solutions. Our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite exemplify our commitment to technological and process advancements.

- 2 + personal injury experience within a Paralegal role*
- Defendant personal injury experience (Preferable)
- Litigation experience of assisting up to high multi-track defence work

- Track record of handling a varied caseload, demonstrating time management skills
