Kennedys is seeking a driven and proactive Events Advisor to join our high-performing Business Development & Marketing team in Sydney.

At Kennedys, you'll be part of a national Business Development & Marketing team in Australia, working closely across our offices to support a growing footprint.

You'll also be connected into a global BD&M network of over 80 professionals, collaborating across APAC, the UK, US, EMEA and LATAM. This global platform provides exposure to international best practice, cross-border initiatives and a truly connected way of working.

About the role

As Events Advisor, you'll play a central role in delivering a busy and varied programme of corporate events across Australia – from client functions and seminars through to webinars and hybrid events.

You will:

  • Manage and coordinate a high-volume national events calendar, ensuring seamless execution
  • Partner closely with Partners, industry groups and BD colleagues to maximise client engagement
  • Deliver end-to-end event management, including logistics, budgets, suppliers and stakeholder communications
  • Support webinar and hybrid event delivery, ensuring high-quality execution across formats
  • Assist with national campaigns and APAC initiatives, contributing to broader BD strategy
  • Track attendance and reporting, ensuring events deliver measurable impact

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working with senior stakeholders.

 About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience delivering client events within a professional services or B2B environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers
  • Experience across in-person, virtual and hybrid events
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering standout experiences
