Kennedys, a global law firm with offices throughout the US, seeks a full-time Paralegal with cyber law experience to join our Philadelphia office and support multi-state case work. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join a growing, global law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale data mining work products, including complex datasets containing up to hundreds of thousands of records in Excel
  • Prepare and file required notifications with OCR and State Attorneys General offices
  • File responses to requests in regulatory investigations
  • Coordinate mailings, credit monitoring, and datamining vendors
  • Arrange bids for carrier approval
  • Assist with document review and analysis
  • Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Organize and maintain electronic case files
  • Utilize online resources such as Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, and court websites to perform research and locate documents

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Cyber-law required
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thorough working knowledge of Federal and multi-state court systems
  • Experience drafting and entering time entries
  • Experience utilizing online legal research services
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred
