About the Opportunity
Join Australia's leading insurance law firm and work on complex, high-stakes matters from day one. As part of Kennedys' growing Australian practice and our global insurance law network, you'll develop expertise alongside top-tier lawyers while building connections to international opportunities worldwide.
Our Perth Team
During your 12 month program, you will work closely with either our Managing Partner, Jonathan Wyatt, or Partner Alen Sinanovic, along with our wider team of senior lawyers, based in our friendly, close-knit Perth office.
Jonathan has over 25 years' experience in insurance and marine matters and is qualified in Australia, Hong Kong and England & Wales. He has wide international experience across multiple jurisdictions including handling cases in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of WA.
Alen specialises in insurance litigation relating to professional indemnity, directors' and officers', and property liability claims. He is recognised by clients for his technical expertise and commercial approach in contentious matters across State and federal jurisdictions.

Eligibility to Apply
To be considered for a graduate program in Australia, you must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a Juris Doctor (JD) and hold full Australian work rights. This program is for students in their final year of study in 2025 or recent graduates not yet in professional employment.
